Smoke in the trees {Dew Plot Thread}

[Gaia]

A combined plot thread for both Douglas "Miasma" Crowley, and Alice "Oberon" Clearwater.

Douglas
Goals - Become a better person. Stop being lazy and cynical. Get more heroes interested in dirty and non glorious crimes that the police as left to deal with, even if they are woefully under-powered for the task.
Thread Goals - Cringe at all the cutesy and over the top heroes. Make a few connections with villains to get a heads up on future plans so he can get innocents out of the way as much as possible.

Alice
Goals - Become a true supervillain. Form H.E.L.: Hero Elevation and Liberation. Eliminate Hero focus on glory and government regulations.
Thread Goals - Meet up with various heroes in civvie mode and get a bead on who is in need of the most growth, and how this might be accomplished. Conduct interviews for H.E.L. members. Put a smile on someone's face.

Why yes, I do need some cringe. I don't think Douglas has lamented nearly enough at the current state of heroism quite yet.

And he needs someone he can insult in japanese and not realize they can understand him.
