Power of Ability: The ability to separate one's head from one's body. While this ability is straightforward, its application can lead to a variety of odd scenarios. The first attribute of this ability is that Samuel's head and body are fully autonomous, though it seems that Samuel's body functions as if his head were still attached. This means that there is no loss of coordination from any sort of 'signal delay', even across surprisingly vast distances. Secondly, the head and body must be reattached periodically, as otherwise the head cannot receive nutrients. This puts a maximum of three days for any separation, and the head and body will start to have difficulties after the effects of dehydration and the like start to occur. Third, the only sense that the body can communicate is touch. Fourth, Samuel always has a rough idea of where his body is in relation to his head, and vice versa.
